Supply of diabetic consumables. The place where the value of the highest subsequent contract for each lot is specified is found in the TENDER DOCUMENTS, namely the minimum value in the range of the estimated value without VAT of each LOT. The amount of the participation guarantee is 1% of the estimated value of the highest subsequent contract, in accordance with HG 395/2016. The participation guarantee can be constituted by Bank transfer to the account of the County Emergency Hospital of Pitesti opened at the Treasury of Pitesti, IBAN RO 40 TREZ 0465006 XXX 009193. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/ additional information by the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is 20 days.
