Borgholm Energi AB (”Purchaser”) intends to build a completely new Heat Plant for district heating production in Borgholm. The Heat Plant shall be equipped with two (2) solid fuel boilers, one (1) oil boiler and a smaller accumulator. The solid fuel boilers shall be 2 x 4.5 MW and the oil boiler 5 MW. The procurement and final contract are based on a functional procurement in accordance with ABA 99 and LUF, which covers all electromechanical equipment from the respective fuel storage to the chimney. The procurement begins with pre-qualification, via the announcement of this Invitation to Tender.
