This consultation concerns the supply of an Information System to manage and simplify the management of security (rail and HSE) for all subsidiaries of SNCF Voyageurs that are or will be created as a result of the opening up of the conventional passenger transport market to competition. By management of security, the client expects to be able to:

- List and assess risks

- Manage medical and psychological fitness / medical examinations

- Manage checks (audits, monitoring)

- Track and trace training

- Manage authorisations and permits

- Report and escalate events

- Process and analyse events

- Implement and manage action plans
