Poland – Snow-clearing services – Zimowe oczyszczenie ulic i chodników w pasach drogowych ulic gminnych na terenie Dzielnicy Praga Północ m. st. Warszawy

The subject of the contract is the provision of the service entitled: "Winter street and pavement clearing in road strips of municipal streets in the area of the Praga Północ District, Warsaw". The scope of the contract includes: 1) Mechanical snow removal, 2) Manual snow removal of pavements and pedestrian crossings, 3) Manual snow removal of carriageways, 4) Manual snow removal of parking spaces and bays, 5) Manual snow removal of SPPN parking spaces, 6) Removal of snow including disposal and disposal costs, 7) Clearing drains of snow/ice, 8) Manual clearing of areas of remaining snow from winter clearing actions, 9) Mechanical clearing of streets of remaining snow from winter clearing actions. The contracting authority informs that, in accordance with Article 441(1) of the Pzp Act, it envisages the possibility of using the realisation of additional services within the framework of the "right of option". In the optional variant, it is envisaged that, during the period of validity of the contract, the same services as in the basic contract will be performed in additional terms depending on the needs of the contracting authority. The contracting authority is entitled to exercise the right of option until the end of the implementation of the contract, provided that the Contractor receives notification that the contracting authority intends to exercise the right of option no later than 01.04.2027.
