Supply of educational aids to specialist classrooms. The subject of the supply is always new and unused goods. The subject of the contract must be performed in accordance with the applicable legal regulations, as well as in accordance with all requirements set by the contracting authority in the tender conditions. Detailed specifications and the contracting authority's further requirements for the subject of the public contract are given in Appendix No. 1 to the Draft Purchase Contract (Appendix No. 1 to the Draft Purchase Contract is the Schedule of the Subject of the Contract).
