TenneT TSO GmbH plans to award two heavy-duty tractors. The subject of the tender is the manufacture and operational delivery of two new and unused trucks: details can be found in the tender documents provided on Mercell. Access to the tender documents is restricted. You will receive access to the tender documents after signing the attached confidentiality agreement. Confidentiality Agreement / NDA To protect the confidentiality of the contracting authority's information in the procurement documents, a confidentiality agreement must be concluded. To do this, use the document "Unilateral Confidentiality Agreement" provided for download and send the signed copy via email to [email protected] and to [email protected]. Bidders are allowed to submit the signed confidentiality agreements to the contracting authority at any time during the application process. After a successful plausibility check, the contracting authority will grant the bidder access to the tender documents. From this, the bidder cannot yet deduce that the contracting authority certifies the bidder's suitability for further participation in the tendering procedure. In this regard, the contracting authority will send separate invitations to submit tenders to the bidders admitted to the tendering procedure after the application deadline has expired. ATTENTION! This is a multi-stage procedure. Only after selecting the applicants according to the specified suitability criteria will the invitation to tender be sent to the suitable participants! In the 1st stage, therefore, no tender documents are to be submitted! The application must have been received in good time via the e-procurement platform Mercell (application deadline). Individual deadline extensions will not be granted. Submission of the application by post, email or fax is not permitted. A breach of this requirement may result in the application being excluded.
