Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Biologika-Rabattverträge 2026-01 - Abaloparatid

The participating funds aim to conclude discount contracts pursuant to § 130c para. 1 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Abaloparatid. The contract is concluded within the framework of the Open-House Biologics procedure of the participating funds: Individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted; uniform conditions apply. The participating health insurance funds do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract duration is a maximum of 24 months, commencing on 01.03.2026. The contract ends at the latest on 29.02.2028, regardless of the date of contract conclusion. In the event of patent expiry/expiry of market exclusivity before the aforementioned end date, the contract automatically ends at the end of the month of patent expiry/market exclusivity. Joining this Open-House procedure is possible at any time during the contract period. Due to the existence of industrial property rights with regard to the active substance subject to the contract or the active substance combination subject to the procedure, the participation and contract documents are only made available to those pharmaceutical companies that offer/place on the market medicinal products containing the active substance subject to the procedure or the active substance combination subject to the procedure, or that credibly assure TK that they will offer/place on the market such medicinal products within the contract period.
