Bulgaria – Sale of travel tickets and package tours services – Осигуряване на самолетни билети за превоз по въздух на пътници и багаж за нуждите на дирекция „Миграция“ и при необходимост хотелски резервации, финансирани или съфинансирани със средства по програми или фондове на Европейския съюз, със средства от други държави или от международни или чуждестранни организации, както и с бюджетни средства

The present public procurement is for the provision of air tickets and hotel accommodation, including:

1. One-way air tickets to the country of origin of third-country nationals with issued return decisions, economy class, category “depu” and “depa”, funded by the “Refugee, Migration and Integration” Fund;

2. Return air tickets for employees of the MIA and other employees of the Ministry of Interior (MIVR) (medical personnel from the Medical Institute of MIVR (MI-MIVR)), accompanying third-country nationals with issued return decisions, economy class, category “depu” and “depa”, funded by the “Refugee, Migration and Integration” Fund;

3. One-way air tickets for transfers of third-country nationals to EU Member States, economy class, category “depu” and “depa”, funded from the MIA budget;

4. Return air tickets for employees of the MIA and other employees of MIVR (medical personnel from MI-MIVR), when accompanying transfers of third-country nationals to EU Member States, economy class, category “depu” and “depa”, funded from the MIA budget;

5. One-way air tickets to a third safe country for third-country nationals with issued return decisions, as well as return air tickets for MIVR employees accompanying third-country nationals to a third safe country, economy class, category “depu” and “depa”, funded by the “Refugee, Migration and Integration” Fund;

6. Return air tickets for participation in working meetings and conferences under the “European Migration Network” by employees of the MIA, economy class, funded by the “European Migration Network”;

7. Return air tickets for participation in initiatives of the Frontex Agency, economy class, funded by the Frontex Agency, based on Grant Agreements concluded between the agency and the MIA;

8. Return air tickets for employees of the Directorate “Migration” when participating in activities funded by projects and programmes for which the Directorate “Migration” is a beneficiary, economy class, funded from the MIA budget;

9. Return air tickets for employees of the Directorate “Migration” when participating in activities related to the functional obligations of the Directorate “Migration”, economy class, funded from the MIA budget;

10. Hotel/room reservations/accommodation.
