Czechia – Transformers – CE TKV - MODERNIZACE SYSTÉMU 22 kV, 110 kV

The subject of the public contract includes a set of tasks aimed at adapting the connection to the distribution system according to the requirements of ČEZ Distribuce, a.s., in particular (i) the replacement of the existing oil transformer T4 (50 MVA, 110/22 kV) with a new, more powerful transformer of 63 MVA, (ii) modifications on the 110 kV lines including the replacement of existing inductive combined measuring transformers with new ones and including the installation of new distance protection and new meters for billing and balance measurement, (iii) reconstruction in the 22 kV substation including the modification of transformer leads in the cubicles, installation of new electrical protections and network quality analyzers and strengthening the current load of the existing transformer T4, and (iv) adaptation of the control and regulation system including the connection of new components to the existing control system of the substation, ensuring visualization and supplementing the automatic switching of transformer branches for smooth voltage regulation. The task will be implemented using the Design & Build method. The public contract is one of the tasks within the complex project of the decarbonisation of the Karviná power plant.
