I) The estimated value according to the general estimate from S.F. for design services is:

Technical project and execution details = 300,000.00 lei

Technical documentation necessary for obtaining approvals/agreements/authorizations = 25,000.00 lei

Technical quality verification of the technical project and execution details = 30,000.00 lei

Technical assistance from the designer = 64,000.00 lei

Total tender value for design services = 419,000.00 lei

II) The estimated value according to the general estimate from S.F. for the execution of works is:

2. Arrangement for environmental protection and return of the land to its initial state = 0.00 lei

3. Costs for the relocation/protection of utilities = 0.00 lei

4. Costs for ensuring the utilities necessary for the investment objective = 5,657,148.98 lei

The estimated value of the present procurement procedure is 23,768,929.92 lei excluding VAT. Miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses = 2,301,747.60 lei; the value of miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses is not included in the estimated value of the procurement. Clarifications may be requested within a period not exceeding 20 days until the deadline set for the submission of offers. AC will respond only once to all clarification requests received within 11 days until the deadline set for the submission of offers.
