France – Traffic-signal maintenance services – MAINTENANCE D'EQUIPEMENT DYNAMIQUE ROUTIER AVEC FOURNITURE DE MATERIELS ET TRAVAUX CONNEXES - ANNEES 2026 - 2030 - 26M0245AOO

The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The services are divided into two lots. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The services are paid for by unit prices. The amount of the services for the initial period of the framework agreement is defined as follows: Lot 01: 200 000,00 euro(s) excl. VAT Lot 02: 100 000,00 euro(s) excl. VAT The amounts will be identical for each renewal period. As an indication, the estimated annual commitment volume corresponds to the strict maintenance services, i.e. 20 000,00 euro(s) excl. VAT/year for lot 1 and 20 000,00 euro(s) excl. VAT per year for lot 2. The subject of the present contract concerns: - The maintenance (preventive and corrective) of the existing network of road weather stations and road traffic counting stations of Toulouse Métropole; - The consultation of traffic data from all stations; - The supply and implementation of various equipment (solar panel, modem, measurement unit, backup battery…); - The supply of consumables (counting tube, rubber fasteners, steel posts) related to the counters; - The related works (laying of electromagnetic loops on the road, temporary signage, connection to the concessionaire's network); - The supply, and possible installation (new need, degradation, obsolescence) of new road weather stations to complement the existing network.
