Bulgaria – Construction work – „Рамково споразумение за текуща поддръжка и ремонт на улиците и уличните съоръжения на територията на Столична община – район „Илинден“

This procedure aims to conclude a Framework Agreement between the Municipality of Sofia – Ilinden District and potential contractors, in which not all the conditions for awarding individual contracts are defined. The contracting authority has decided to conduct an open procedure for concluding a Framework Agreement, in which not all the conditions are defined. The Framework Agreement will be concluded with the first 3 (three) potential contractors or fewer, depending on the submitted tenders and the admitted participants. After conducting the procedure with the participants, determined as potential contractors, a Framework Agreement will be concluded, in which not all the conditions for awarding specific contracts are defined. The overall objective of the public procurement is to improve the infrastructure of Ilinden District, ensure safe traffic conditions, provide an accessible environment and enhance the quality of life of the population. With the implementation of the public procurement, the contracting authority aims to take maximum care for the year-round normal operation of the street network, street facilities and elements of the technical infrastructure, in accordance with its current needs, as a list of streets and locations where the necessary current repair works would be assigned is provided in the attached technical specification (which, for technical reasons, cannot be transferred to this notice). The total length of the street network for the district is 36 687.00 meters. The activities included in the subject of the public procurement cover: current maintenance and repair of streets and street facilities in the territory of the Municipality of Sofia – Ilinden District in case of need for current and emergency maintenance. The implementation of the public procurement includes the following activities: - Repair of the street infrastructure, maintenance of street pavements /including sidewalks/ and maintenance of street facilities in Ilinden District, in case of need for current maintenance; - Emergency repair of the street infrastructure, maintenance of street pavements /including sidewalks/ and maintenance of street facilities in Ilinden District in case of extraordinary situations, such as disasters, accidents and other unforeseen situations, directly related to traffic safety.
