Bulgaria – Snow-clearing services – „Зимно поддържане и снегопочистване за сезон 2026-2027 г. на общинските пътища на територията на община Крумовград” по обособени позиции № 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 и 19

The subject of the present public procurement is the provision of a service related to winter maintenance (removal of materials and other objects within the road's scope and removal of bushes within the road's scope), snow clearing and gritting of the municipal road network in the territory of Krumovgrad Municipality. For each separate position in the subject of the contract, it is envisaged that winter maintenance will be carried out, which includes activities for snow clearing and securing the roads against skidding, as well as activities for the removal of materials and other objects within the road's scope and the removal of bushes within the road's scope. The activities for snow clearing and securing the roads against skidding are carried out along the entire length of the roads from the municipal road network for the respective separate position. The activities for the removal of materials and other objects within the road's scope and the removal of bushes within the road's scope are carried out as needed following an explicit assignment from a commission appointed by the contracting authority. The contractor for the respective separate position carries out: - round-the-clock duty of personnel and equipment during the winter season; collection and transmission of information on the condition of the road network during the winter season; - snow clearing: when the snow cover is over 5 cm, when there is snowdrift, when there is compacted snow, and when there is slush; - securing the roads against skidding: treatment of the road surface by gritting in the presence of ice, black ice, frost or freezing; - removal of materials and other objects within the road's scope and removal of bushes within the road's scope – upon explicit assignment by the contracting authority, those materials and other objects within the road's scope are removed, as well as those bushes within the road's scope, which lead to the formation of snowdrifts. The scope, volume and requirements for the execution of the public procurement are detailed and regulated in the Technical Specification, an integral part of the present documentation. The provision of the service, which is the subject of the public procurement, is divided into nineteen separate positions.
