The railway overbridge EÜ Stolbergstraße is to be renewed as a result of the latest inspection within the current bridge program of DB InfraGO AG. The measure at the EÜ is necessary to ensure long-term economic and safe operation and traffic safety. Currently, there is no widening demand from the crossing partner according to EKrG; however, it is to be finally clarified on the part of AG within the VP whether the measure is to be planned according to §§3.12 EKrG. The railway overbridge of the DB route 2200, km 68,568, crosses the inner-city road "Stolbergstraße" in Münster. In addition to route 2200, the railway routes 2931 and 2013 run parallel with a total of five track systems. The railway overbridge is designed as an arched bridge and comprises a total bridge area of 340,34 m². The arched bridge has a clear width of 10,00 m. The clear height of the arched bridge is 3,70 m at the crown; 3,10 m at the springing. The total width of the superstructure amounts to 24,60 m. The superstructure dates from 1890. The object, structural and traffic facilities planning (road + rail incl. technical equipment) is to be planned according to the BIM methodology.
