The subject of the contract is the supply with first start-up and training in the operation of workshop equipment in the scope of tasks 1-7. Task 1 – Wireless diagnostic kit for passenger, off-road and delivery vehicles. Task 2 – Modular diagnostic tool for vehicles over 3.5 t. Task 3 – Device for dynamic oil change in automatic gearboxes. Task 4 – MIG-MAG type welder. Task 5 – TIG type welder. Task 6 – Device for laser cleaning of surfaces in CW technology. Task 7 – Wireless diagnostic kit for passenger vehicles. and supply with installation, first start-up and training in the operation of the workshop equipment – in the scope of task 8. Task 8 – Machine for regenerating particulate filters. 2. The contracting authority envisages the possibility of exercising the option right in the scope of tasks 1 to 7. 3. The subject of the contract is described in Annex 4 to SWZ - OPZ. 4. The type (assortment) and quantities of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 3 to SWZ – Price Form. 5. The offered subject of the contract must meet the requirements specified in Annex 4 to OPZ. 6. The terms of contract performance are specified in the draft contract clauses constituting Annexes 2a and 2b to SWZ. 7. In order to confirm that the assortment offered for delivery meets the requirements specified by the contracting authority, the tender must include the relevant evidential means in accordance with Section IV of SWZ (including submitting with the tender the Product Catalogue Card and completing and submitting the CONTRACTOR'S DECLARATION constituting Annex 8 to SWZ). The contracting authority envisages the completion of the above evidential means in accordance with Article 107(2). 9. For task 8, the contracting authority envisages the possibility of a local visit. 10. The contracting authority does not require a bid bond. 11. The contracting authority requires the submission of the ZNWU.
