France – Architectural services for buildings – Construction du Village Alzheimer du Pilou à Brive-la-Gaillarde

The present contract notice concerns the award of a public works contract for the construction of an Alzheimer Village with 84 beds on the Pilou site in Brive-la-Gaillarde. The Alzheimer Village is intended to accommodate persons suffering from neurodegenerative diseases of the dementia type with associated cognitive disorders, without physical dependence (notably Alzheimer's disease). With a capacity of 84 residents, this Village is innovative thanks to an organisation into several "households" allowing for support focused on maintaining the autonomy, identity and power of action of the residents.
