Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Sanierung und Erweiterung der Oberschule in Schwaförden - Fachplanungsleistungen Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Sanitärtechnik

The secondary school in Schwaförden is currently divided across the locations of Schwaförden and Ehrenburg, but is to be consolidated at the Schwaförden location. As part of this, the school building with sports hall in Schwaförden, with approximately 3,500m², is to be renovated and extended by approximately 3,300m² to meet the additional space requirements. A building part from 1952 is to be demolished. The secondary school Schwaförden consists of three building parts: - the old building from 1952 with four classrooms that appear structurally, energetically, and technically dilapidated, - the intermediate building from 1972, a single-story building part with a teacher's room, administration, kiosk, student toilets, hall and music classroom, which has a solid structural substance that is structurally sound but now needs to be energetically and technically renovated, - the new building from 1995, a two-story building part, with eight general classrooms, a group room and a computer classroom, which has a solid structural substance that is structurally sound but now needs to be energetically and technically renovated as well as - the sports hall from 1975 (one and a half courts), which, like the intermediate building, is to be energetically and technically renovated. As part of the subsequent tender phase, a design and functional concept for a meaningful use of the rooms in the existing building and an attractive extension building is to be developed as a solution proposal, which functionally connects the existing building and the extension to form a school and meets modern educational requirements. The work is to be carried out in construction sections during ongoing operations. The investment volume for the construction measure amounts to a total of 19.4 million EUR (of which approximately 13.0 million EUR gross is allocated to cost groups 200, 300 and 400). The services for the Technical Equipment (heating, ventilation and sanitary technology) according to § 55 HOAI 2021 of the performance phases 1-9 for the system groups 1 (sewage, water and gas systems), 2 (heating systems), 3 (air conditioning systems) and 8 (building automation) are to be tendered. It is assumed that planning services can be started directly after the order.
