Provision of subscription maintenance service for medical equipment, including labor, preventive maintenance, adjustments, emergency activities, repairs, replacement of basic consumables and performance of repairs by replacement with new spare parts. The term of the service contracts is 24/twenty-four months. Consumables and spare parts are not included in the price of the subscription fee.
