Bulgaria – Repair, maintenance and associated services of vehicles and related equipment – „Следгаранционно сервизно и техническо обслужване, профилактика, диагностика и ремонт на моторни превозни средства, собственост на ТП „ДГС-Панагюрище“ (в т.ч. мотоциклети, автомобили, микробуси, камиони, самосвали, каросерии, ремаркета и полуремаркета), включително доставка на резервни части и консумативи за срок от 24 месеца“.

The subject of the public procurement is: "Post-warranty service and technical maintenance, prevention, diagnosis and repair of motor vehicles, owned by ТП „ДГС-Панагюрище“ (including motorcycles, cars, minibuses, trucks, dump trucks, bodies, remakes and semiremakes), including delivery of spare parts and consumables for a period of 24 months". The subject matter of the present public procurement does not include separate items. The services and related deliveries, which are the subject of the procedure, are indivisible in their purpose in order to achieve the objectives of the Contracting Authority. The same must be performed in compliance with the recommendations of the manufacturers of the vehicles, as the performance of the repair and maintenance services is inextricably linked (both in terms of compliance with short execution deadlines and in terms of their quality) with the delivery of the necessary spare parts and consumables for their maximum efficient, safe and trouble-free use. The scope of the services and related deliveries, concerning the type of vehicles and the planned forecast articles, covers such from one type, not requiring specialized orientation and practice towards concrete types and categories of vehicles. The award of the contract to different contractors would create technical and organizational difficulties for the Contracting Authority in the execution of the public procurement.
