France – Medals – Acquisition de trophées, coupes et médailles

This framework agreement for purchase orders concerns the supply of trophies, cups and medals awarded by the Région Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur as prizes on the occasion of various events, including sporting events and regional competitions. The precise description of the need is set out in the CCTP. This is a framework agreement in the sense of Articles R. 2162-2 and following of the Public Procurement Code concluded with an economic operator. The framework agreement sets out all the contractual stipulations, it will be executed as and when purchase orders are issued in the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The modalities for the issuance of purchase orders are set out in the CCAP. The framework agreement is awarded for a minimum annual amount of 5 000 euro(s) excluding VAT and a maximum annual amount of 90 000 euro(s) excluding VAT. This framework agreement is not divided into lots. Indeed, in accordance with Article L2113 11 of the Public Procurement Code, the purchaser has decided not to divide the present contract into lots. The services concerned, relating to the supply of cups, trophies and medals for sporting events, constitute a homogeneous set from a technical and functional point of view. The division into lots would be likely to make the execution of the contract technically and financially more complex, notably in view of the requirements of qualitative and aesthetic coherence of the supplies, the time constraints related to sporting events and the necessary coordination of deliveries. The use of a single contract thus makes it possible to ensure better execution, without prejudice to the principles of freedom of access to public procurement, equality of treatment of candidates and transparency of procedures. The framework agreement is not divided into sections.
