The building will be decontaminated, completely gutted and stripped (facades, roofs, interior layout and finish, technical installations) and the walkways as well as the external emergency staircase will be replaced with new concrete elements. The building envelope will be fitted with new aluminium joinery (3-chamber profiles, HR glazing); high-performance insulation behind composite facade panels; renovation of the roof covering with additional thermal insulation. Interior reorganisation and rearrangement of the apartments with particular attention to thermal and acoustic insulation. Complete renovation of the technical installations with centralised production of heat and domestic hot water with distribution to the apartments. Centralised and closed ventilation system (system D) with supply and exhaust ducts with heat recovery. New electrical and sanitary installations as well as renewal of all equipment. Finishing of common areas and apartments (acoustic/thermal insulation of the floor and floating screed floor covering; wall and false ceiling coverings; interior joinery and painting).
