All activities related to the role of the construction manager during the control of the implementation of the Project – Navigation Lock Bělov (hereinafter also referred to as the "Project") and during other supervision of the proper execution of the Project, including ensuring the compliance of the Project implementation with legal regulations, and this in the agreed performance phases of the Project. The construction manager will perform the following functions:

• Carrying out a comprehensive check and completeness of the Documentation for the permit of intent – Part A. Carrying out a comprehensive check and completeness of the Tender Documentation – Part B.

• Checking complete documentation and records for the implementation of the construction with the preparation of a protocol on the carried out check before the start of the implementation on the comprehensive readiness of the project according to TKP ŘVCČR for the start of the implementation. The manager will assess the feasibility of the design and check the budget.

• Comprehensive evaluation before the handover of the construction site, integrating the issued permits and the result of the tender procedure and the methodology SFDI.

• Carrying out a check of the completeness of contractual relationships.

• Checking and approving the Implementation Documentation of the contractor.

• Performing technical supervision of the contractor (hereinafter referred to as "TDS"), in the sense of the publication TECHNICKÝ DOZOR STAVEBNÍKA issued by ČKAIT (MP 9.2 update 2018) and within the scope and under the conditions of the Methodology for the construction manager's team, (Provisional version 2018), approved by the Ministry of Transport on 23. 10. 2018, available at https://www.sfdi.cz/pravidla-metodiky-a-ceniky/metodiky/, checking all reports in xlsx format and data format XC4.

• Ensuring the performance of the BOZP coordinator in the sense of Act No. 309/2006 Coll., in the valid version, during the preparation of the construction.

• Biological supervision during the entire construction implementation.

• The construction manager's team will include a geodesist with authorization to perform geodetic and surveying works according to § 16 of Act No. 200/1994 Coll., on Surveying, in the valid version. Checking the list of works, time and financial estimate of the construction contractor. Presence of a geotechnical engineer during the acceptance of the base joints.

• Continuous control of the performance of welded joints on the construction. This control includes a visual assessment of the performed welds, verification of compliance with the project documentation and technical standards (especially ČSN EN ISO 17637 for visual inspection of fusion welds).

• Performing control measurements of coating systems (PKO) according to ČSN EN ISO 12944- 7, ČSN EN ISO 8501-1 and ČSN EN ISO 4624.

• Checking BIM data information.

• Ensuring the coordination of all administrative steps related to the deposit of the work in the digital technical map.

• Ensuring all administrative steps related to the commissioning of the construction.

• Carrying out a check of the geometric plan at the level of the deposit in the KN, including the list of acquisitions for individual plots and ensuring the deposit of the construction in the KN.

• Ensuring the bases for the settlement of property relations.

• Creating protocols for ensuring the property and operational handover of the construction.

• Ensuring the financial overview of the fulfilment of the affected subjects during the implementation and completion of the construction.

• Ensuring the property settlement of the completed construction. The complete scope of the subject of the fulfilment of the public contract is precisely specified in the draft contract for the public contract (hereinafter also referred to as the "Contract") and other documents forming the Contract, which are part of Annex No. 3 of the tender documentation.
