Germany – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – Wartung und Instandhaltung der 16 PE-verwalteten Aufzugsanlagen incl. Notrufmanagement

The maintenance and servicing of a total of 16 passenger lifts from different manufacturers at 12 locations in the Hamburg Port are being tendered in a uniform procurement package with the aim of ensuring operational safety, availability and coordinated service provision across locations. The scope of services includes in particular regular maintenance in accordance with DIN EN 13015, fault clearance, accompanying recurring inspections (ZÜS), demand-driven repair measures, as well as emergency call management and passenger rescue, including evidence and documentation.
