This consultation is carried out within the framework of a centralised purchasing procedure in accordance with Articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the Public Procurement Code with the following bodies: - Bordeaux Métropole - Ville de Bordeaux - Ville de Bruges - Ville de Bègles - Ville du Bouscat - Ville de Pessac. The coordinator of the centralised purchasing procedure is: Bordeaux Métropole. It will be responsible for the award, signature and notification of the framework agreement. Each member will have to follow the execution of the framework agreement. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are paid for by unit prices. The maximum amounts for the initial period are as follows: - Bordeaux Métropole: 1 125 000 euro(s) excl. VAT - Ville de Bordeaux: 1 000 000 euro(s) excl. VAT - Ville de Bruges: 112 500 euro(s) excl. VAT - Ville de Bègles: 112 500 euro(s) excl. VAT - Ville du Bouscat: 112 500 euro(s) excl. VAT - Ville de Pessac: 112 500 euro(s) excl. VAT. The maximum amounts will be identical for each renewal period.
