Austria – Software package and information systems – Pensionsversicherungsanstalt - Nachfolgelösung für Jira Software, Jira SM und OpenText ALM (1.Stufe - Bewerberauswahl)

The Pensions Insurance Institution (PVA) intends to realign and consolidate its existing platform for software development, task management, test management, and IT service management into a future-proof and integrated on-premise overall solution. In this regard, the first stage of the tendering procedure is being announced to search for candidates. In the subsequent second stage, the candidates already selected in the first stage are to offer, in particular, the following services. The currently used on-premise systems based on the Atlassian Data Center products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Zephyr and ScriptRunner) as well as the solution OpenText ALM used in the area of test management are to be replaced by a future-proof, secure and sustainable on-premise solution. The future maintenance of the system is also included in the scope of services and the project start is planned for the first quarter of 2027.
