The present notice is for the conclusion of agreements with pharmaceutical companies in accordance with § 130a, paragraph 8, sentence 1 SGB V. The invitation to participate is directed only at pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or associations of employees of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs in the sense of § 4, paragraph 18 of the Medicinal Products Act. This is not an Open Procedure in accordance with § 15 VgV in conjunction with § 119, paragraph 3 GWB, but a publication of the invitation to conclude/join discount contracts with conditions, including the amount of the discount, that are fixed and non-negotiable for all participants. An unlimited number of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or associations of employees of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs in the sense of § 4, paragraph 18 of the Medicinal Products Act can become contracting parties.
