The transmission system operator TenneT TSO GmbH, hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority (AG), plans to replace the approximately 50 km long 380/220/110-kV extra-high-voltage lines from Oberbachern (District of Dachau) via the two districts of Freising and Munich to Ottenhofen (District of Erding) with a combination of 380-kV and 220-kV extra-high-voltage lines as part of the grid expansion. The project is divided into the measures replacement new construction Oberbachern – Ottenhofen and Munich Nord II. The 110-kV circuits (Munich Nord II) of Bayernwerk Netz GmbH will be carried from Oberbachern via part of the line Oberbachern – Ottenhofen to Unterschleißheim. The project is designated as a miscellaneous project in the Federal Requirements Planning Act (BBPlG) 2013 and is listed as Project 47 in the Grid Development Plan (NEP) 2014. It is part of the power line construction projects in Bavaria and includes both the replacement new construction and the dismantling of the existing line. The compensation for reduction measures, which will be necessary, is to be provided for the open-country breeding species lapwing, quail and skylark by means of production-integrated compensation (PiK) on changing areas.
