1. The subject of the contract is the provision to the Contracting Authority of services related to the exercise of investment supervision over the construction works covered by the guaranteed scope within the task entitled: "Renovation for the purpose of improving the energy efficiency of the building of the Tax Office in Tarnobrzeg at 12 Wyspiańskiego Street". 2. The detailed scope and manner of execution of the contract is specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ description of the subject of the contract and Annex 3 to the SWZ draft contract terms (contract template).
