Sweden – Business services: law, marketing, consulting, recruitment, printing and security – Revisionsbyråtjänster

Visit Sweden intends to conclude a contract with a (1) supplier of audit services in the following areas: financial audit and sustainability audit. The purpose of the procurement is to be able to procure audit services in a simple and effective manner, in order to generate time and cost savings. The assignment involves review and reporting in accordance with Chapter 9 of the Swedish Companies Act, as well as, where applicable, other review and reporting that, according to the Swedish Companies Act or other legislation, shall be carried out by an auditor. The assignment also includes assistance and advice prompted by observations made during such a review, as well as other comparable advice, to the extent that this is compatible with the auditor's independence. The audit is carried out in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and good audit practice in Sweden.
