Romania – Feasibility study – Servicii de elaborare studiu de fezabilitate și studii de teren pentru obiectivul de investiții „Inel legătură a Municipiului Târgu Mureș, Zona Nord-Vest (Sâncraiu de Mureș - Sângeorgiu de Mureș) – Tronson 1 (Comuna Pănet – Municipiul Târgu Mureș)”

The subject of the service contract consists of the preparation by the economic operator designated as the winner – hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider, of:

- The Feasibility Study (FS) for the implementation of the investment objective in accordance with the provisions of the applicable national legislation, including the preparation of the General Bill of Quantities and the relevant investment budget.

- The documentation necessary to obtain the opinions, agreements and authorizations requested through the Urban Certificate, including the documentation related to the specialist studies requested by the approving authorities, as well as the actual obtaining, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, of all the opinions and agreements necessary to promote the investment.

The subject of the contract represents the provision of services for the preparation of the feasibility study, as well as the preparation of specialist studies (site studies, environmental impact assessment and other specific studies), and the preparation of the supporting documentation necessary to obtain the opinions, agreements and authorizations, including the coverage of the related expenses.

Through the implementation of this investment, the improvement of urban and peri-urban mobility in the municipality of Târgu Mureș is pursued, through the creation of a link ring that will ensure the takeover and redistribution of traffic flows, the reduction of congestion in the central zone, the increase of accessibility between urban and adjacent zones, as well as the improvement of road safety and environmental quality.
