Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z terenu Gminy Puławy

The subject of the contract is the collection and disposal of municipal waste from the owners of properties inhabited within the area of Puławy Municipality. As part of the contract, the Contractor is obligated to collect and dispose of municipal waste from all inhabited properties located within the territory of Puławy Municipality. The service also includes supplying property owners with plastic bags for collecting selectively sorted waste in a minimum quantity of 375,000 units, as well as supplying 1,100-litre bins or so-called "bins" to 3 points within the Municipality: Borowina, Sadłowice, Sosnów. The estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected under this contract is 2,610 Mg. Pursuant to the provisions of Article 433(4) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority informs that the minimum value of the service is 70% of the gross contractual remuneration indicated in § 3(1) of the Draft Contract. The detailed scope and manner of implementing the subject of the contract are specified in (Annex 1 to SWZ) – Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract – hereinafter “SOPZ” and the Draft Contract (Annex 2 to SWZ).
