Production and provision of free and ready-to-eat meals, including all food groups according to the Food Act, to the employees at the site of "Kozloduy NPP" EAD, in accordance with Ordinance No. 11/21.12.2005, including: production and provision of ready-to-eat meals in the canteens; delivery of food and food products necessary for the production of meals, as well as ready-to-eat meals in a minimum assortment for direct sale in the kiosks to the canteens; production and provision of ready-to-eat meals in case of an emergency situation (in this case, the activities will be carried out in a protected zone, which includes: main portal 5, 6 block, BPS checkpoint); preparation of daily and weekly menus with dishes; daily transportation of the produced meals to the facilities where such meals are only provided; organisation and performance of loading and unloading operations of the delivered food products and food and their proper storage; carrying out incoming control upon delivery of food products, food and beverages; preparation of calculations of dishes; daily hygiene and maintenance of the provided premises and assets; microbiological analysis for the hygiene of the contact surfaces of the items, utensils and equipment; technical maintenance and repair of the provided machinery, equipment and inventory, in accordance with the conditions and requirements, detailed in Technical Specification No. 24.IIF.TZ.89.

Approximate personnel of "Kozloduy NPP" EAD - 3600 diners, two meals per day, with the limit (the value of one meal) being 22 leva per person and the same can be changed by the Contracting Authority throughout the contract period; approximate personnel of external organisations that perform activities on the site - 1200 diners; during the Annual Planned Repair of the 5th and 6th power units, twice a year for 45 calendar days, the number of diners in Canteen 2 increases by approximately 350 diners.
