The contract includes the following tasks: The complete process of searching, booking, paying, reporting and invoicing of external meetings and stays within the Netherlands; Monthly billing to the contracting authority of the bookings by means of one collective invoice per team code (department number) including specification; Periodic delivery of management information; Advising and implementing (new) methods around the booking of hotel and meeting accommodations; The procurement (organisation) of events, trade fairs and conferences (generally gatherings for more than 50 people): when procuring external meeting and accommodation facilities, the location is central, while for events, marketing, organisation and communication often also play an important role. For this category, the contracting authority reserves the right to request a quotation from multiple parties; Booking of hotel overnight stays related to the travel time of the participants; Administrative and financial processing. Outside the scope of the contract is: Travel to the location(s). The contracting authority arranges this itself. The contractor has no role in this.
