Germany – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Bavarian Health Cloud - Aufbau und Betrieb einer cloudbasierten Forschungsplattform für Gesundheitsdaten

The Bavarian Health Cloud (BHC) is a highly scalable cloud platform planned by the Free State of Bavaria to centrally, securely, and lawfully provide health data for medical research. The platform is operated by Bavarian Health Cloud GmbH, a 100% state-owned company. It aims to strengthen academic, medical, and prospectively also industrial research in international competition. The objective of the tender is the awarding of the technical conception and implementation of this platform based on existing specialist requirements. The platform will initially be populated with data from the data integration centres (DIZ) of the six Bavarian university hospitals.
