Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss nicht-exklusiver Rabattvereinbarungen nach § 130 a Abs. 8 SGB V ab dem 01.09.2026

Section 130a (8) SGB V allows health insurance funds (KK) and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework discount contracts for medicines to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory KK. The GWQ acts as the Society for Economy and Quality with KK pursuant to Section 130a (8) sentence 5 SGB V for its shareholder and customer funds. With regard to the relevant legal provisions for the award of public contracts, the GWQ ServicePlus AG regularly conducts substance-related, formal tendering procedures in accordance with the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB. Until the entry into force of new pharmaceutical discount contracts, the GWQ wishes to conclude pharmaceutical discount contracts with all interested pharmaceutical companies. The contract start date is 01.09.2026.
