The subject of the public contract is the renewal of support for F5, Inc. web application firewalls and load balancers, which are implemented in the environment of the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic. The current status of the F5 equipment is described in Annex No. 4 ZD – Current Status of F5 Equipment. As part of the subject of the PC, the supplier will provide manufacturer support for all HW and SW parts of the F5 equipment, and that at least to the following extent: a) ensuring free online access and authorization to use the current version of the SW part of the F5 equipment, i.e. ensuring upgrades and maintenance versions of the SW part of the F5 equipment, including access to the knowledge base, documentation and new versions of the SW in 24/7 mode; b) resolving faults of the F5 equipment in 24/7 mode, and that in accordance with the conditions set out in Annex 1 ZD – Draft Contract, further with Annex 5 ZD – Supplier's Price Offer.
