Creation of a dynamic procurement system for the procurement of gastrological stents and consumables for the National Institute of Oncology, within the framework of a dynamic procurement system, up to a total budget of 1 229 072 259 Ft for a period of 48 months. The applicant must declare in their application for participation, to be submitted during the procurement procedure, whether, in relation to their application for participation, there is a prohibition on awarding a public procurement or concession contract due to the restrictive measures imposed by the destabilising Russian actions in Ukraine, as defined in Article 5k(1) of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014.
