Each lot will result in a single-supplier framework agreement with call-off orders and will be handled at unit prices. These framework agreements will be concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of:

*For Lot No. 1: 105 000 euro(s) excl. VAT for the duration of the contract.

*For Lot No. 2: 30 000 euro(s) excl. VAT for the duration of the contract

For each of the lots, the contract duration is one year from 1 March 2027 or from the date of notification if that is later. The contracts are not renewable.
