The subject of the order is the manufacture and successive delivery of registration plates for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028 for the Communications Department of the Grodzisk County Starostwo in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. The plates should be made in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 August 2022 on the registration and marking of vehicles, requirements for registration plates, and templates of other documents related to vehicle registration (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1849 as amended). 118000 Standard motor vehicle, reduced motor vehicle, motorcycle/tractor, moped. 118000 Professional motor vehicle, temporary, vintage vehicles, individual motor vehicle and motorcycle plates. 1700 Motor vehicle for electric and hydrogen-powered vehicles, motorcycle for electric vehicle, moped for electric vehicle. 1400 Duplicate plates/baggage 5000 TOTAL 126100 The obligations of the Contractor (hereinafter also referred to as the Supplier) will include delivering the plates, packed in cartons, described with numbers, at their own expense to the indicated place within the time agreed with the Orderer. Furthermore, the Contractor will also be responsible for collecting and scrapping old registration plates at their own expense, once a month at a time specified by the Orderer. The Supplier is not entitled to additional remuneration for the service of collecting and scrapping old registration plates. Additional conditions regarding the subject of the order: the required warranty and guarantee period is 3 years from the date of delivery of the plates (from the date of acceptance of the order batch).
