The construction consultancy tender includes advice in connection with the realisation of a new ward with 16 beds for Regionspsykiatrien Randers. The task includes overall construction consultancy from the initial planning phase to the handover process. The construction consultant shall provide strategic and technical advice, coordination and quality assurance, including in relation to users, and generally contribute to ensuring a holistic project completion. The construction consultant shall also prepare an illustrated construction programme, which is expected to form the basis for a tender for a total enterprise, possibly with early contractor involvement. The construction consultant should also expect that follow-up tasks may arise from the task, including smaller design tasks. The task also includes the possibility of, if a political decision is made on this, providing construction consultancy on an outpatient clinic affiliated with Regionspsykiatrien Randers and providing construction consultancy on a psychiatric ward with 16 beds and an outpatient clinic affiliated with Regionspsykiatrien Horsens.
