France – Repair, maintenance and associated services related to personal computers, office equipment, telecommunications and audio-visual equipment – Prestations de maintenance et exploitation des réseaux et télécoms du CEA Grenoble et de ses sites associés (INES et sites annexes en région (PRTT).

The CEA/Grenoble wishes to entrust one or more specialised companies in Networks and Telecommunications with the following tasks:

- Monitoring, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of Telecommunications Networks infrastructure with the implementation of a 7/7 and 24/24 standby service for managing malfunctions in critical Networks and Telecommunications functions;

- Daily operation of Telecommunications Networks infrastructure (user assistance, management of configurations and patching, deployment of telephone stations, user troubleshooting, management of Wi-Fi accounts, etc.);

- Deployment of Networks and Telecommunications equipment and handling of technical developments in Networks and Telecommunications environments;

- Management of developments and updates of Networks and Telecommunications infrastructure; implementation of new Networks and Telecommunications services;

- Management of security both at the technical level (operation of firewalls, monitoring of security vulnerabilities of the perimeter infrastructure, etc.) and at the organisational level (compliance with security practices and policies, team awareness, etc.);

- Supply of Networks and Telecommunications equipment.

This service is carried out under a results contract for the account of CEA Grenoble.
