Romania – Overhaul and refurbishment work – ’’Lucrări de reparaţii curente aferente scolilor, de pe raza Municipiului Braşov

The subject of the procurement is the award of a Framework Agreement for the execution of works for a period of 48 months for the provision of "Current repairs to school buildings in the Municipality of Brașov, through a 48-month framework agreement", with the aim of establishing the essential elements/conditions that will govern the subsequent service provision contracts to be awarded during the duration of the framework agreement. Current repair works shall mean the necessary current repairs, and not the implementation of new investments in the properties that are the subject of this strategy. Current repair works to school buildings in the Municipality of Brașov, through a 48-month framework agreement, which aims to carry out masonry, joinery, plastering, flooring, and roof tiling works to ensure and guarantee the functioning of these in conditions of maximum safety. Requests for clarification and additional information from economic operators shall be submitted exclusively through the Electronic Auction System (SEAP), with a minimum term of 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with art. 160 para. (1) and (2) of Law no. 98/2016. For questions submitted within this period, the Contracting Authority shall communicate the official responses in the SEAP with at least 11 days before the deadline for submission, in accordance with art. 161 para. (1). Requests submitted through other channels or outside the procedural deadlines will not be processed.
