The subject of the Framework Agreement is the PROVISION OF DESIGN AND EXECUTION SERVICES FOR THE EXTENSION WORKS OF THE DISTRIBUTION NETWORK, VOLTAGE LEVEL UPGRADING, UPSTREAM NETWORK REINFORCEMENT AT THE POINT OF DELIMITATION FOLLOWING THE CONNECTION OF NEW USERS AND CONNECTION TO PUBLIC INTEREST ELECTRIC NETWORKS OF THE CONSUMPTION LOCATIONS BELONGING TO USERS, FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS – DOLJ COUNTY. Frequency of subsequent contracts: weekly or as often as the need to execute the works from the framework agreement arises, depending on the implementation of the investment works in the electricity distribution networks. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting applications for participation: 17 days. The contracting entity will respond to clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting applications for participation.
