The Munich Housing GmbH plans to build a contiguous residential building with approximately 270 residential units and a gross floor area of about 25,425 m², including an approved bonus floor area of around 1,000 m², on the construction sites WA 2.1 and WA 2.2 in the Werksviertel, along Grafinger Straße in the Berg am Laim district. The development will comprise five to seven storeys and will provide a diverse, socially oriented housing offer. The basis for the planning is the land-use plan with green order No. 2061 of the state capital Munich as well as a preliminary ruling from 2023, which allows an increase in gross floor area of approximately 5,000 m².
