The subject of the contract is the construction of a hydroelectric system to recover electrical energy from water discharged from the surface to level 795 via a DN 200 pipeline, including the connection to the electrical grid and the fire protection installation of the LW Bogdanka mine in the Bogdanka field - in accordance with the provisions of SWZ 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Section III SWZ Description of the Subject of the Contract. 3. The subject contract is a sectoral contract within the meaning of Article 7(35) of the Pzp.
