Germany – Engineering design services – Modernisierung der Oberschule Uchte - Fachplanungsleistungen Bau-/Raumakustik und Schallimmissionen

The Landkreis Nienburg/Weser plans the comprehensive modernisation of the Oberschule Uchte. The school campus comprises several building sections from the 1930s and 1950s. As part of the overall measure, different implementation variants are to be examined, including the renovation and restructuring of the existing structure as well as partial demolition with new construction. The usable area is to be reduced from the current approximately 6,000 m² to approximately 4,000 m². The implementation will be carried out in sections during ongoing school operations until approximately 2031. The subject of the award is specialist planning services for room acoustics, building acoustics and sound insulation. The services include the examination and assessment of the acoustic requirements for existing and new building areas, the preparation of necessary evidence as well as the development and assessment of suitable soundproofing measures. The results will serve as the basis for the variant examination and the further planning of demolition, conversion and new construction measures.
