Luxembourg – Reprographic services – RFP 250045-1 - ACCORD-CADRE POUR LA LOCATION ET MAINTENANCE DE MATERIEL DE REPROGRAPHIE

The University wishes to renew its contract for the leasing of reprographic machines. The subject of the tender concerns the leasing-maintenance of presses with the aim of having new machines and reducing costs related to peripherals. In addition to the provision, maintenance and servicing of the machines, the University wishes to have a centralized print management software to control the peripherals, as well as a layout software. The duration of the Framework Agreement is set at two (2) years, renewable two (2) times one (1) year (2 + 1 + 1) at the University's discretion.
