Poland – Exhibition equipment – Wykonanie modernizacji wystawy stałej Muzeum Historii Torunia w Domu Eskenów, projekt i wykonanie wystawy planszowej we współpracy z partnerem zagranicznym

The subject of the contract is: a) the implementation of the renovation of the permanent exhibition of the Museum of the History of Toruń in the Eschen House according to the project constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 2. b) the implementation of a temporary panel exhibition in cooperation with a foreign partner – in the scope of preparing a project of a maximum of 20 panels and their printing on PVC 5 mm, size 131 x 120 cm (portrait), protected with UV film – the panels will be mounted by the Contracting Authority in the owned stand on the premises of the Old Town Hall. The exhibition is located in a complex of buildings listed in the register of monuments at ul. Łazienna 16, Ciasna 4/6/8 in Toruń. The renovation includes: 1. Implementation of a new exhibition on the ground floor - showcases, multimedia, information panels (including captions) are planned, 2. Delivery of audio guides and equipment as well as implementation and uploading of content and commissioning, 3. Modernisation of the ticketing and publishing cash desk in the Great Hall, 4. Implementation of a new part of the exhibition in the room with the Rotunda, 5. Modernisation of the existing stations in the indicated scope. In the case of audio guides, multimedia kiosk, panels, descriptions of exhibits and temporary exhibition, the materials for preparation will be provided by the Contracting Authority. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract and its description are contained in Annex No. 1 and 2 to the Specification of Contract Terms and in the Specification of Contract Terms. The scope of work also includes auxiliary and accompanying works as well as other works necessary for the execution of the contract not included in the documentation, but necessary for execution due to legal regulations, in particular: All kinds of work safety, including safety, occupational health and safety, as well as theft and vandalism. Carrying out the work in a manner that ensures the safety of persons employed in the museum and visitors. Repair of any damage caused during the execution of the work. Collection, transportation, management and transfer for disposal of waste in accordance with the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023 item 1587, 1597, 1688, 1852, 2029). The Contractor is the producer of waste within the meaning of the Act indicated in this point and will manage at its own responsibility and expense the waste generated during the implementation of the task. Removal of generated waste from the places of their generation on an ongoing basis. Limitation of uncontrolled dust emissions during the assembly work, Tidying up the work area after completion of the work, as well as areas adjacent to those occupied or used by the Contractor, including carrying out at their own expense the renovation of objects, parts of the area, roads, surfaces or installations destroyed or damaged as a result of the conducted work. The subject of the contract will be performed by the Contractor from materials, devices, software and multimedia programs and with the use of equipment, which the Contractor will provide as part of the remuneration. All materials, programs, exhibits and devices must have current certificates, quality certificates, attestations, confirmation of safety for use by visitors, etc. which after the execution of the Contract should be delivered to the Contracting Authority. If a device, material, exhibit does not have an attestation or certificate, the Contractor shall submit a declaration of compliance with the requirements of the preceding paragraph. The Contractor is also obliged to provide all media with software. The Contracting Authority requires that the offered service, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used for the implementation of the contract, both as main elements and as components, elements of the service environment or accompanying solutions, does not include: • ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the basic interest of the security of the state; • an ICT product, the type of which has been determined in a decision on recognising the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, or ICT services or ICT processes specified in that decision. Failure to meet the above requirement results in the rejection of the offer on the basis of Article 226(1)(17) or (19) of the Pzp. In the event of the publication of a recommendation or a decision covering an ICT element used for the implementation of the contract, the contractor shall immediately inform the contracting authority and present the method of ensuring further compliance of the implementation of the contract with the provisions of the law and the contract documents.
