Due to changed requirements within the company, the current demand for the canteen supply in Eschenstraße has been re-evaluated. An external examination has revealed a capacitive increase and realignment with accompanying modernisation of the canteen supply. The AG therefore intends to expand and renovate the existing staff restaurant and kitchen area in the short term. The new canteen with dining area and kitchen area is planned at the same location as the existing staff restaurant, so that a complete renovation (after prior gutting) of the building areas belonging to it is to be expected. In addition to the new arrangement of the kitchen area, the expansion of the dining area by approximately 103 m² is planned, as a result of which the number of seats will be increased from approximately 90 to 135 guests and the total area will be approximately 272 m². It is planned that 2 x 130 meals, a total of 260 meals, will be served per day.
