Finavia Oyj wishes to offer high-quality, reliable, safe and 24/7 available taxi services to passengers and other customers at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. Air traffic at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport varies according to daily peak hours and seasonal periods. During peak times, many passengers arrive simultaneously, significantly increasing the demand for taxi services. On the other hand, flights also arrive steadily outside of peak times and seasonal periods, so the availability of taxi services must be ensured at all times. Smooth taxi traffic, where prices are known to passengers in advance, improves the customer experience, supports a positive image of Finland and helps to prevent queues at the airport. The aim of the procurement is to find partners for Finavia that meet the requirements for operating taxi services at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. This is a right-of-use agreement. The subject of the procurement are the taxi ranks 1-4 at the airport.
